What I offer
The Reset Session is a 60-minute heart-centred, intuitive healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and gently bring you back into your body. Each session is uniquely guided, combining Reiki with intuitive shamanic and energetic techniques, sound healing, and oracle cards all used in a supportive, grounding way to meet you where you are.
We begin with a gentle check-in to explore what’s present for you and set an intention for the session. You’ll then be guided into deep relaxation as Reiki and intuitive energy work are offered, allowing stress, tension, and energetic stagnation to soften and release. This session focuses on stabilising your energy, restoring flow, and creating a sense of calm, clarity, and support on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level.
This offering is perfect if you’re new to energy healing, feeling overwhelmed or depleted, or seeking a restorative reset that prioritises grounding, regulation and gentle integration. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
Within 24–48 hours after your session, you will receive a follow-up email reflecting the themes that came through during your healing, chakra observations, and any areas of the body that were energetically cleared.

The Alchemy Session is a 90-minute intuitive healing experience offering a deeper, more spacious container for transformation, integration, and energetic recalibration. This session blends Reiki with shamanic techniques such as chakra restructuring and energetic organ balancing, alongside sound healing and oracle cards, allowing healing to unfold across physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers.
We begin with a grounded check-in to explore intentions, themes, and what’s ready to shift. A guided relaxation supports your nervous system in settling fully, creating space for deeper intuitive work to unfold without rushing. With extended time, the session opens a spacious container for deeper release and energetic recalibration, supporting meaningful shifts to unfold gently and intuitively.
This offering is ideal if you’re moving through change, feeling the call to deepen your healing journey, or wanting space to listen to what your energy is asking for. You’ll leave feeling supported, aligned, grounded, and gently renewed, with a deeper sense of clarity and connection.

THE ALCHEMY SESSION (90 MINUTES) $130
The Distance Reiki Session is a 45-minute intuitive energy healing experience offering gentle support, balance, and restoration from the comfort of your own space. This session is ideal if you’re seeking energetic support but are unable to attend in person, or if you prefer to receive healing in your own environment.
Before the session, I’ll send a brief text message to check in, let you know when the healing will begin, and offer you the option to share an intention if you feel called. From my healing space, I then connect intuitively with your energy, allowing Reiki to flow across distance to where it’s needed most.
The session unfolds quietly, with no verbal contact during the healing itself, giving you space to fully relax, rest, or simply go about your day if that feels supportive. You’ll be notified once the session is complete.
This offering supports emotional, mental, physical, and energetic balance, helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of flow and clarity. Many clients experience this session as deeply soothing, grounding, and gently renewing.
Within 24–48 hours after your session, you will receive a follow-up message sharing any intuitive insights or themes that emerged during your healing, supporting continued integration in the days that follow.
distance reiki session
(45 MINUTES) $70
restore + Reiki events
Come home to yourself on an evening designed to nourish, ground, and restore. You are invited to join Reiki Masters Sophia and Hannah for a blissful and nourishing evening, where you will be held and supported through your journey to reconnect with your heart and soul.
This will include sound healing, guided meditation, journaling, and a guided Restorative Yoga practice while receiving gentle 1:1 Reiki energy healing.
This is more than a class, it’s a sacred pause.
A moment to be nurtured. A space to be seen. A chance to simply Be.
Leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and reconnected to your breath, your body, your heart, and each other.
Spaces are intentionally limited to 11 women - all levels of experience welcome.
