Each one of her sessions blends Reiki, chakra balancing, shamanic techniques, sound healing, and gentle energetic guidance to create a grounded, sacred space where you feel held, seen, and supported. Whether you are brand new to Reiki or have experienced many sessions before, Hannah’s work meets you exactly where you are. RESTORE + rEIKI EVENTS

Monthly Restorative Yoga and Reiki events hosted by Reiki Masters Sophia and Hannah. The evening includes sound healing, guided meditation, journaling, and a guided Restorative Yoga practice while receiving gentle 1:1 Reiki energy healing.
