In Person Reiki Session (90 minutes)

This heart-centred and intuitive session offers a deeply nurturing space to realign, restore, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Each session is uniquely guided, and is tailored to what you most need in the moment, creating a truly personalised healing experience. During the session, I weave together Reiki, chakra restructuring, energetic organ balancing, sound healing, and oracle cards to support healing on every level - physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. This holistic approach allows tension, stagnation, and blockages to be gently released, while restoring harmony and flow throughout your system. We begin with a short, heart-centred conversation to check in, explore what’s coming up for you, and discuss any intentions or questions you might have. From there, I’ll guide you into a meditative state, helping you settle into stillness to fully receive the healing. The session unfolds intuitively, with energy work, sound, and guidance flowing to where it is needed most. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and gently renewed, with a sense of peace, balance, and clarity that can continue to ripple through your days.
